As the foundation of many dance genres, ballet offers strength training, enhanced flexibility, core balance, body awareness, and is foremost in being a stepping stone to building proper dance technique. We will be offering basic ballet classes to start and will be adding more advanced classes in the future. Recommended ages: 8+

Participants should wear tights or leggings, a more form-fitting top and either ballet shoes or socks. Hair should be pulled back.
