Hip Hop

One of the most popular dance styles taught today because it incorporates athleticism, musicality, style, and popular music. It is an upbeat and focused workout that is fun for all ages.

Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing (sweats or similar) and good shoes. Feel free to get stylish!

As the foundation of many dance genres, ballet offers strength training, enhanced flexibility, core balance, body awareness, and is foremost in being a stepping stone to building proper dance technique. We will be offering basic ballet classes to start and will be adding more advanced classes in the future. Recommended ages: 8+

Participants should wear tights or leggings, a more form-fitting top and either ballet shoes or socks. Hair should be pulled back.
