Join us monthly for a Lê Studio Concert with local musicians gracing the stage with their amazing talent. Concert tickets are purchased and promoted through Eventbrite. Make sure to subscribe to our Monthly Newsletter to find out who is playing the series!

POUND®

Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Ages: 13+


Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

In order to provide LIVE classes and events, we adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols. We ask attendees to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and get temperatures checked upon entrance. Inside the studio, we have multiple HEPA filters running, 4 overhead fans, 2 open doors, and we will deep clean between sessions. If you are concerned about attending a live event or class at the studio, you can purchase streaming tickets. A HyFlex model provides for everyone's comfort during this challenging time.
